If any evidence of smoking any substance is found inside the house, you will be charged a minimum of $500 for additional cleaning fees incurred. These fees are subject to increase if there is more smell, smoke, or ash. — Noise complaints are subject to having the reservation canceled with no refund. We have a zero-tolerance for parties, noise violations, or complaints from our neighbors. — Please note that there are security cameras installed in common areas and exterior of the house for safety. There are no security cameras inside the house itself. — We do NOT accept USPS mail or packages being delivered at our location. You may have same-day delivery for services that will bring your orders directly to the door (ie: Amazon, Postmates, Uber Eats, FedEx, UPS, etc.) You can also ship your packages to several Amazon Locker locations nearby. We are not responsible for any lost packages so a "signature required" delivery is strongly recommended.
